Migu Video UHD PQC Quality Control Center
Project Overview: This project is the Ultra-High-Definition Production Quality Control (PQC) Center built for Migu Video Technology Co., Ltd. Unlike traditional content review systems, this center serves as a core technical hub dedicated to rigorous monitoring of UHD broadcast signals, transmission security, and underlying technical parameters. The system integrates advanced audio analysis-capable waveform monitors, 5.1.4 monitoring suite (AQC) workstations, and high-level data analysis video (VQC) workstations, ensuring technical compliance and broadcast safety for every single UHD video frame.
1. Monitoring Center Real-Shot Gallery
The PQC monitoring hall adopts a modern, ergonomic console design equipped with professional multi-viewer screen walls and a precision 5.1.4 audio monitoring system. The multi-viewer split-screen system enables duty operators to gain real-time insight into the waveforms, vectors, and live broadcast visuals of multiple signals. Additionally, a VoIP remote intercom system is integrated to facilitate latency-free communication with frontline production teams.

Through the successful deployment of this PQC Quality Control Center, Migu Video has achieved standardized technical interception and image quality grading for massive volumes of UHD content. The combination of AQC audio monitoring systems—equipped with advanced audio analysis-capable waveform monitors and 5.1.4 monitoring suites—and VQC video monitoring systems with high-level data analysis mechanisms utilizes real-time streaming pull for frontline signals, coordinated with localized baseband matrices and multi-viewer systems.
